I think the apartment are fine for a traveler. The rooms could stand a bit of a cosmetic update. Centrally located.
Love the location and the lobby vibe but do avoid the suites. Not worth it.
Free Internet now. Just ask reception. They say just for lobby but I had good signal in my room too.
Terrible hotel . Would only stay there if you get it really cheap . Hotel is very old, rooms are small and breakfast is mediocre although charged separately
Try not to use the hotels internet!
Very friendly and efficient staff services. The lobby and cafe was renovated. Now also have wifi throughtout the hotel but has to pay. Try the spa and private hot spring room - Soen Sessl
Great location near plenty of Restaurants & Shops. 5 minutes walk from Rotorua Info Centre, 2 minutes walk to The Lake. 5 minutes walk to Kuirau Park. Nice comfy King beds. Very clean. I'll be back. - Karen Wilson
