Great location near plenty of Restaurants & Shops. 5 minutes walk from Rotorua Info Centre, 2 minutes walk to The Lake . 5 minutes walk to Kuirau Park . Nice comfy King beds. Very clean . I'll be back.
Great room rate and so close to the Lake front abd the central city . Eat Streat is a mere 30 sec walk away. Well worth it.
It was quite nice. Taking into account its price. Some backpacker's cost more. I think next time I'm in rotorua, I'll check-in here once again :-)
By staying here you can use novotel spa facilities . Cheap stay and more facilities.
Decent hotel rooms, good prices. Walls are very thin can here everyone's conversations in neighboring rooms...

Very friendly and efficient staff services. The lobby and cafe was renovated. Now also have wifi throughtout the hotel but has to pay. Try the spa and private hot spring room - Soen Sessl
The cleaners here use Pak N Save trolleys to move their equipment around. Hehe. - Joseph
