Great spa ! The private deluxe pool is the way to go. Max 30mins and it's more than enough time. We did 30 and were ready to head home.

A tad expensive for the quality but the mineral baths themselves are worth the visit. Large selection of therapies available, try the one with a mud wrap and warm water massage !

Loved the private room facing the lake . You come out feeling like you're walking on air. Only 30 mins per booking so come prepared with your swimsuit on. Towel rentals are $5 plus a $5 deposit.

Weekdays are great. For more tranquility, pay the $ and enjoy a Deluxe Lake Spa entrance. It's worth the extras (unlimited towels , soap, lockers) and feels more relax.

The pools were warm & relaxing, but also noisy & crowded . I'm so glad I booked a treatment (the Aix therapy) and had some quiet time in the relaxation room, which gave me the spa getaway I wanted!

Deluxe private pool was worth it. If you can go before 6pm it's less busy.

Does it worth 25 bucks to sit in 4 different pools almost at the same range of heat? Maybe a cold pools would add a little bit, then warm-cold-hot-cold...

Adult spa . Worth it. Bring a water bottle and look for the tiny signs next to each pool that indicate the temperature.

Had a mud therapy/massage and loved it! Only complaint is the seagulls. They made it a little hard to relax at first.

Watch your step in the deluxe Private pool . The steps are VERY slippery. A stubbed toe will sour your experience

It's basically a bunch of large jacuzzis with a lot of people around. Good for the health benefits but not luxurious at all which was my original thought.

Really wanted to like this place but it was just too crowded . Great hot springs though if you can ignore the noisy & crowded ambiance.

Pregnant and with aching legs and back? Get a pregnancy massage . I just did. It was incredible. So relaxing.

The spa pools have a pretty good going hydrogen sulphide smell going on aka rotten eggs which is hard to get rid off on clothing . The massages are below par. Save yourself money and go elsewhere

The Deluxe pools are nice wish they had complimentary water available it would have been much better!!

Swim suit can be hired here. Towel ,soap and shampoo are not included. Please bring from home . Lol

Lived in Rotorua for 4 years and only managed to go there once. I like looking out to a rising sun though at 5am in the morning.

Have to make reservation ahead of time, they are very busy, need at least one day o more .

Head there after dark... It's awesome at night.
