I've stayed at a number of Accor hotels , and this is definitely a well presented hotel and feels more like a Sofitel than a Novotel . Great staff ,very welcoming and helpful.

Very friendly and efficient staff services. The lobby and cafe was renovated. Now also have wifi throughtout the hotel but has to pay. Try the spa and private hot spring room

Pack your togs/swimming costumes ! This hotel has its own indoor hot thermal spa complex - a large pool for families with six smaller pools. You can also book a private spa experience as well .

Don't use their free wireless to look at anything other than text emails. Otherwise, the sites will eat up all of the allotted bytes.
