What a lovely welcome! Friendly staff doing their job as they should and more. Got offered an upgrade to the suite facing the Gateshead Millennium Bridge and river . Really nice touch, cheers ;)
Stayed here a few times. Very plush rooms but a little boudoir for a business hotel . The innuendos on the soap is a bit 2005. Aside from that comfy bed , good breakfast and strong location
Above standard but certainly not luxurious , over-priced for what it is, but great views over the Tyne..
Great boutique & design hotel , perfect location and on Friday's champagne bottles for half price between 5 and 7!
A lovely venue with an amazing outlook into Newcastle Quayside
Don't go with the lobby, the rooms are really nice. Try taking the quay side view :)
Worth booking a bridge view room, absolutely stunning.
Rooms at the back of the hotel have an early morning wake up service by bin wagon.
Staff at this hotel are always lovely, but I've come to the conclusion after a fair few stays that they can't make coffee . Order tea instead
Great place to stay- room service after 10pm better than before, so resturant is a must if you need to eat earlier!!
Get the suite, with view on the river and bridges , awesome!!!
We were a bit disappointed in our room even with the new remodel the room smelled and floors very dirty .
Full Mal not so "petite" dejeuner is a must
