A real treat; the view from the road doesn’t do this beautiful building justice. Really amazing food, always feel very well looked after by fantastic, friendly staff . Pricey , and with good reason.
Lovely rooms and service 1st class .Enjoyed lovely steak and drinks . Housekeeping made the room exceptional with rose petals in our room .Best hotel in Newcastle

I've stayed in quite a few of Newcastle's top hotels and there's a reason the famous stay here, by the best around. Awesome whiskey selection too!
Great views from the rooms at the front of the hotel . Upgrade to the deluxe room to get them.
Lovely afternoon tea , great decor and friendly helpful staff . The parking could be a lot better though.
