Breakfast was lavishly prepared. Lots of varieties locally & internationally. However, the egg station counter served me boiled egg instead of half boiled. Good spread ????✅

Good service , good food in the Waterfront cafe . Free wifi . Unfortunately we got a room facing the pool and not the river view . Room was a bit dated and in need of updating. Charge for extra bed.

The check-in in was super efficient. Rooms were clean , and the service was great. The staff were very helpful, polite and friendly .

If youre biker, this is biker friendly hotel unlike pullman. They got calm atmosphere , worth to try than pullman

The rooms have been refurbished! And they've improved on customer service, checking now and then if we're doing fine. Stayed on executive floor, the view from suite , splendid!

Had the best stay here. Clubroom newly renovated. So are the rooms on the 2nd,3rd,4th,12th and 13th Floor. Stay there. Perfect river views .

The facilities are well maintained despite it being an old hotel by the number of years. However the buffer lunch has deteriorated badly in quality.

They should give free wifi in the room instead at the lobby. Most hotels now provide that. At least a free Internet access in the room. Sigh.

One Receiption guy not friendly .no berus n ubat gigi in the room.elevator only 4, my room is quite far towards the end...ironing board is bumpy and look so old, never been replaced, wifi is very bad
