Nice hotel for work or short business trips... Close to airport and good rates... Room was nice and the toilet got bidet... Room rate consider ok for a 4 Star hotel ... Overall an exciting stay.

It's very nearby to Kuching International Airport . And there are a lot of Chinese restaurant , karaoke , pub and body massage shops surrounded.

The space of the room is big enough. The iron board and iron is provided inside the room. The only thing I can't find is hairdryer.

Just my opinion, for a Sheraton-based hotel , Service and Housekeeping was disappointing. Food at the Eatery was mediocre. And seriously, have to pay for WiFi ?? Anyway was happy for the cake ! ????????

Was here for business trip, prolly my first & the last stay no doubt its location is really near the the airport . The entire hotel is so run down in terms of maintenance, food is totally out.

The bed is wide enough and very comfortable , especially the pillow , sweet sleeping.

The room access card sometimes cannot be used to access the elevator . Happens many times.
