Nice place to relax , lots of seating. Weekends are busy, however I've been warned to avoid the area later at night, due to criminal and drug activity. (Hence the continuous security presence)

Kuching Waterfront offers scenic views of the Astana, Fort Margherita and the Malay kampungs across the river . At night-time, it really comes alive with a lot of activities.

There are cheaper cruises than the big one! Might not have the complimentary drinks & cakes , but other cruises looks to be less crowded ! Look around before purchasing! ????

Relaxed walk with shops and a good view of the river and Fort Margherita .

This is the right place if ypu are looking for local food. Food is very cheap vs west malaysia.

On friday and saturday night we can see people are singing,hang out,and play instument there.So,lets hang out there.

Nice place to take a stroll at the evening. The bazaar & many eateries are along the waterfront .

it is best when it is weekends.. many people, reasonable price of foods, must try the jagung biasa and the kost popular is people serenading a music . .

Try on the James Brooke Bistros & Cafe . Foods are Cheap and quite nice too.

Great view at night, water taxi ride to the food court across the river .

Buskers from "otai" is the best ever than others buskers here ! I like them so much.. very talented very nice.

Go and try fried ikan terubuk here. With 3 layer tea .

Felt really safe there.. Park near the shophouses in Jalan Gambier and walk slowly to Hilton.. Good exercise..
