Close to Sarawak river & many places of attraction . Staff at executive lounge was nice & friendly . Carpark is shared with adjacent shopping mall . Needed to go through Parkson to access to carpark.

Friendly reception. Nice pool. Play tennis and squash at respective courts, borrow equipment from reception. HDMI capable TV in room with 18 channels. Didn't like their shampoo and conditioner though.

Hotel is located close to river and in city next to Hilton and Pullman. Pleasant staffs makes it a good stay.

Good value for money . Though housekeeping can make their kid better and cleaner. Free parking at the shopping mall parking when stamping your ticket at the reception
