Stayed in Room 623, a spacious suite with kitchenette , dining area, living room & bath tub. Was disappointed to find the kitchenette without any cutlery, cookware, flatware etc.

New, nice and clean hotel , worth the money....
Blocked sink, hard mattress, lazy housekeeping staff wouldn’t change bedsheet with obvious stains on top and can’t be bothered to replenish shower toiletries, paper slippers chargeable at RM5 per pair
Novotel is much better with slight price diff.

The hotel emergency stairs are locked, Lift are too few for the amount of the guests usually stay there. The food sucked!
