One of the best places to hunt and bargain for antiques. However over the years it has turned to clothing and crafts outlets as well as restaurants. The best part of Jonker Street is the night market on Fridays and Saturdays that sells everything from tasty treats to cheap keepsakes.

Intriguing mix . Souvenir shops sell repetitive items , old folks sing karaoke . In between there are funeral parlours, a tomb with dato shrine devotees offer KFC , blaring music , beer alley etc

The night market is only open during the weekends. Try the carrot cake stall right outside Geographer, amongst all the other food stalls right behind the huge singing stage
Although it's hot but worth it. Especially for night market , I almost bought everything from all the shop. It's beautiful and the stuff are cheap . Another day trip to here? NAP :) Loves.

Street in Chinatown with many antiques , textile and handicraft stores as well as galleries . On weekend nights street closed for traffic and turns into a lively night market
Buy from the dude selling a variety of zhang, including nyonya bak zhang at the corner of the street, opposite the "vessel" roundabout. Nice taste and reasonable price.

Never go hungry along this street. Make shift stalls fill the streets during weekends and there are plenty of heritage accommodation here as well . Wonderful place.
The place quite crowded and very humid. Stalls selling antics, fake T-Shirts, handbags , tattoo , handicrafts , etc. Great outdoor walk and chilling time !

First time in Melaka and immediately fell in live with this place. Heritage, Food and Souvenir Shopping!
Chicken rice balls . Tried one of the many stalls that served it. It was more like food for tourist attraction rather than a specialty cuisine. Wasn't particularly delicious. Won't miss or crave it.
The shops and buildings here were almost all over 100 years old, it’s a place not to be missed if you travel in west Malaysia !
Many unique things can be found here. Sort of "Petaling Street" style. Crowded . My friend advice is to take care of our things..watch out for pickpocket or thieves. Nice place to visit!
So jammed with people. Very hard to get in. Street food haven. Discover hidden gems here.

Jonker 86 cendol of various flavours: durian , cempedak, mango etc are creamy and thick with fragrant gula melaka or palm sugar. Yummy. Their laksa is not bad too.
Small street that has pretty much everything, stores to buy gifts , clothes , food, and much more, prices are excellent.
