A nice place to stay in. Paid for the poolside room - it was alright however the pool is very shallow. 2.8m shallow, safe for family with kids. Rooms are well equipped. Beds are really comfortable .

Best hotel , big room , friendly staffs , very good service , breakfast ok, hotel room refrigerator never cold, brought up the matters so many times to the staff , no improvement.

Big room , nice for kids and family. Swimming pool . But the room dont have carpet. Only mosaic tiles. Iron board need to call housekeeping for them to deliver . Lots of parking . A standard 3 star hotel

One of the best hotel in Malacca for 3/4 stars hotel . Just lacking of a gym centre. Better than The Straits and Novotel.

The room is spacious and comfortable ! I love it because the room has no carpet. Good price now as it is still new maybe. But their public pool is quite disappointed, too small.

I love the exec suite at 7th floor. Cosy with the so called private pool.
