Free wifi , roof top pool and gym . Decent breakfast too. Just don't stay in the rooms at their annex building which was formerly Pergola Hotel if u wish to be closer to the amenities .

Spacious hotel room (Deluxe King), enjoyed d size and comfort of the bed. Toilet is also big, but their water pump is not that good during flushing of toilet bowl. Water shower pressure is quite good.

Good environment, clean , feel secure. There is a sky bar at 9th floor. I guess people who stay above 7th floor able to listen every song they sing at night. Better to stay below 6th floor I guess.

Uncovered parking . Difficult to find halal restaurant/shop nearby hotel except near the dataran pahlawan/mahkota parade area (15 min walking distance)

New hotel with nice pool, a bit modern design room yet a little bit compact for those standard room

cheap , clean and good services , and skydeck 360 is awesome, will be good if can swim at night

Pergola Hotel is owned by Eco Tree as well . If you want a cheaper room for a quick stay then ask for rooms in Pergola.

The room is fine but service is slow. Waited about 20 mins to check in when there's only 1 person before me. Skydeck can be very noisy . Stayed on the 7th floor and can clearly hear every song played.

Very suck no second time! First day we check in 7th floor after that second day call us move to 6th floor! Then yesterday until now also no water supply ! No bath at all! And don't have any apologize!

Housekeeping service lousy.. Nvr change bedsheets? Pillow cover also no change? Omg..... Can see all the dirt on bedsheet.. Safe cost to the extend?!? Omg....

The Wi-Fi here is a bit slow.

Everything is fine but the noise from the skybar is a bit annoying.. insulation should be better..

averall average..service facilities and breakfast .annoying manager yell to shooo away customer walking at carpark and yell at his worker to do their work.not gonna come again for sure.
