Get a room starting with 8 and having an even number. I.e. 812. Great window bays overlooking the thermal activities with a beautiful Forrest backdrop. That's the reason you came to Rotorua
Nice hotel to stay inn & the lobby is big. The room is ok & we got the view of the pool also got to see the thermal activities . But the bathroom is small, kindda hard moving around.

Good option for Rotorua, close to highway for getting in and out of town for day trips. Good value for money .

Fifth floor rooms with an odd number have the best view . So 513 515 etc
They will tell you breakfast goes until 10am, but they start taking the hot food away 30 min early, or more. Don't think you can show up at the last minute!

Great hotel for the cost. Excellent service, big rooms and FREE wifi. The rooms don't have AC but in the winter, it's not a problem. Ceiling fans are in all the rooms - Elizabeth
Worth it. Arrive at the time to do the cultural dance (book ahead), it finishes just in time to do the free guided tour right after. Great non profit keeping Maori culture alive. - Nabeel Hyatt
Well worth the trip. Living Maori village and geothermal area. Nice performance of traditional dances and sons including haka. Much cheaper than the other village nearby. - Sanja Ples
