What's to say that's not already been said? Great selection of ever-changing cask ales and some good pub food to go with it. Tuesday night pub quiz is very popular as is the outside seating in summer!

Excellent renovation of Victorian warehouses . Large bright and airy interior. Brilliant place to enjoy a canalside drink. Great real ales .

Drinking Lakeland lager , a rare change from my normal hoppy craft ale usual. Great spacious pub with fantastic range without an ounce of pretence from the friendly staff . Food is awesome too!

Good food. A real ale supporter with up to 15 real ales on at a time. Busy at nights and slightly pricey (Do not sell alchopops)

The Sunday roast was fantastic with a good selection of Cask Beer .

Wifi , on weekdays quite chilled - good for doing some work while drinking Rioja wine

Food is great, tasty and good value .

Be warned, staff unattentive & they only have one card machine behind the bar . When everyone wants to use it, it's chaotic!! Use cash, hold it up & be vocal!! Too many @ssholes try to push in!

Go to the White Cross on a Tuesday night and do the pub quiz . Get there early though or you won't get a seat.
