A must get to place for Ale drinkers, with a phenomenal view from the beer garden , especially on a hot summers afternoon/night, with friendly staff and a resident cat, Craig David Pub Cat.
One of my favourite pubs in Newcastle . Good beers and great views day and night!
Rain or shine this gem of a pub has some of the best views along the Tyne to enjoy a pint
Proper old fashioned boozer with loads of real ales and a beer garden with the best view ever!
If you're not sure what beer you want, ASK! The staff will point you in the right direction and give you tasters
Every beer is very good in its own right, so it’s hard to go wrong. That said, asking for a recommendation will get you some great advice.
Traditional boozer with an awesome selection of real ale .
Probably my favourite pub in Newcastle . Don't forget to stroke the pussy.
Good beer , great view ! Awesome beer garden , best on quayside. CASH ONLY ! They have a cat that sometimes comes by!
Kinda want to move to Newcastle so that I can make this my local. Ticks every box (good beer selection/jukebox/bar staff ) AND has a ridiculously beautiful view over the quayside.

The Free Trade in is a small pub just off the quayside/ouseburn - ample selection of real and craft ales always on offer.
Awesome selection of beers and even better views down the Tyne, way better than the pretentious quayside bars !
Excellent pub knowledgeable and obliging staff well worth a visit
Take a marker pen and add your wit to the classy bogs
It's on the borderline between endearingly shabby and totally grotty. Nice beer though
Try the traditional cask ales you won't be disappointed
Best pub around. Superb owner!
Beer garden has an amazing view of the Tyne
The Q2 bust from Newcastle city centre drops off and picks up very close to the pub and only takes 5 minutes
