Yes, if you want to charge your phone while here, you have to pull the furniture away from the wall and unplug one of the lights! But you probably don’t need a charge, the free WiFi is only for 12hrs!

5-Star lobby with 3-Star rooms. Arrogant manager who increases the price even though you pre-paid for the room and makes your two little kids stand in the lobby as hostages for an hour until you pay.

The Free WiFi , like everything else in this sham 5-star hotel , doesn’t work. Walk next door to the Shangri-la, you’ll save yourself a lot of aggravation.

I’ll never be staying here again. 1hr standing in the lobby with 2 little kids to check in. 5 star prices for a 3 star room. A rathole with a manager who need customer service training . 🐀

Went for a hightea here with a bunch of school time friends recently and the food was real good. Loved it. Everything from sushi to pizza is there for you!

The hotel breakfast for crew is beautiful. Good spread. Rooms are comfortable , bed was a bit squeaky but it's fine since there ain't no bouncing. Haha come early for breakfast , it gets PACKED!

Having problems connecting to d internet on ur iDevices? You are not alone. Go to reception, pass device & they might teach u how to do it but-- will fix it for u. Oh well , more reason to bug them!

High Tea is extremely well priced at 1000 per head. A great deal as the quality of the food is quite good as well .

Do not try the lobby bar . So bad it's embarrassing . All fried foods so I opted for the cheesecake and a cuppuccino. It was inedible

High tea not up to my expectations. Its high tea it should be fine dining but it more laid back . Food is 6/10 in quality department but yes variety is there. Overall ill give it 6.2/10.

The hotel does not support the 4 stars.Surely needs renovation. Common rooms are smelly&old.Rooms are not clean ,smell a lot. Plumbing need to be restored immediately-they produce noise and are broken.

Buffet was awful. There was a good variation of food. But most of it was not fresh. Sushi was dried out and hot buttered calamari was not crispy .
