Great downtown hotel that is within walking distance of lots of food and nightlife spots. My 1st choice of hotel while in Grand Rapids.

this place was alright. I've lived in the area for 6 years prior, but stayed here after moving away and coming back for a wedding. it's expensive , but clean and is at a good central location.

Nice rooms. Stayed in a newly renovated one. Front desk staff very nice. Has a pool & connected 2 everything w/the skywalks. No complimentary breakfast . Eat in their restaurant for $11 per breakfast .

Love the location of the hotel I just wish the rates were better. Staff was very friendly .

Guest room bathrooms here are uncharacteristically dark with little (read: no) light in the shower . Makes the bathroom seem kind of dismal.

Party in room next door, screaming at 2:00am. Staff didn't respond in a timely manner when we called several times. No discount offered for what was possibly the worst night I ever spent in a hotel .
