They are very pet friendly , we always stay here with our dogs when we're in GR

The staff are friendly but not overbearing and the room was quite clean . I'm really picky about that so I was pleasantly surprised.

Clean , comfortable , and a great location to take in all that Grand Rapids has to offer.

Ya right our food is awesome & its called a fine dining restaurant ...if u want drive thru service go to mcdonnalds!

When you get a room with 2 beds, put all the pillows on one and make a pillow fort.

The rooms are VERY SMALL mold smell under the sink, the pillow cases had huge black mascara stains on them. Nice size fridge and microwave. Very slow bar and restaurant service but food was ok

Take a trip back to 1996 and marvel at the atrociously slow internet speed in the hotel .

A lot of people think the restaurant serves "fast food ", but it does not. It is a quality restaurant and takes time to cook good quality meals.

The hotel restaurant is surprisingly good. The spinach-artichoke dip is particularly excellent.
