Very good Central location and attentive staff . Didn't expect breakfast to be paid, however, that was a disappointing and expensive surprise. Rooms are well equipped and WiFi is surprisingly fast!
The Albion Room is amazing, try the menu - fresh, creative and fun. The Scotch egg is amazing.

Accommodations for bilingual guests seemed to be fine. The hotel lobby offers a view of a courtyard that looked beautiful, although we weren't sure how to get out there... Our dinner was delicious.
Nice location, central to city center
Sadly this hotel only offers paper and plastic cups in the guest rooms. There is a dollar store across the street in the rideau centre if you like your coffee in a mug.
It was a fine exeprience dining here, until I spilled my wine all over my fiancée's dress.Luckily the staff were EXTREMELY helpful, and seemed to be within earshot during our meal.Overall the
Lobby and dining area is renovated and nice, but many of the rooms are dated. Rooms are average and breakfast is underwhelming. Location is good.

Went for lunch. The interior is rustic, in stark contrast with the modern touch of the renovated hotel. The menu was small (one soup, one salad, one burger, one pasta choice etc) but all was delicious - Sabrina S.
