The food is as Canadian as the soil it’s grown in. Our chef has pulled inspiration from the culture that surrounds us, it is rustic yet contemporary.

Went for lunch . The interior is rustic , in stark contrast with the modern touch of the renovated hotel . The menu was small (one soup , one salad , one burger , one pasta choice etc) but all was delicious
Holy hell, some of the best cocktails we have had. Highly recommend the smore money, s’more problems.
Sit at the bar for the best experience!! Watching the charcuterie plates being prepared is alone worth the sacrifice in leg room.
If you like a little smokiness in your cocktails : the Burning Star is a MUST.
Beyond the Pale may not be on tap all the time, but they carry the half growlers .
The place is very nice and & cosy. However, the food in general is sweet and heavy, which does not mean that it is not good, but you will be disappointed if you're not in the mood for that.
Have the Spicebox Sour or the Rideau Ruin. Sit at the bar to watch them prepared.
Everything. That's what's good here!
The trap door cocktail is an experience. Chill place.
Lunch will leave you hungry
Try the ceasar
It was amazing, but don't take my word for it.
Fish and Chips are great!

Difficult to get in but the views of the city are unbelievable. The music dj-ed was amazing and the cocktails were originals and so interesting! - Sabrina S.
High Tea is a must! Good teas and even better food. The scones were great. - Monika Fuchs
Nice spacious rooms. Loved having the kitchenette stocked with all the dishes you need. Pool an added bonuses for those traveling with kids. Seems to be per-trek sky as well. - Rebecca House
The fish & chips at The Chippy are the best in the food court in both value and taste! - Annie
