Coffee machine in the room, iron and ironing board in the room, free wifi in the lobby, fitness room open round the clock, restaurant/bar opened from 6:30 to 22:00, friendly staff , clean room .

Stayed here twice and was very happy both times. Service, food, location, it's all great.

ARC is a great boutique hotel and a friends to arts and culture in Ottawa. ARC was X Central in our 2010 edition - staff were fantastic and made every event a winner

$10 for Internet is weak sauce. Also, parking is free across the street on weekends.

There's no ramp for luggage at the entrance. The internet only allows 2 devices to be connected at any time. A lot of people have more than 2 devices, so this hotel needs to get with the times.

If be embarrassed charging 25$ parking and 10$ wifi per day. Cell service in the rooms suck. Rooms are ok. However the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Rooms are old and tired. They charge for Internet, $10 per day. Service is plain. You walk into the hotel and although the front desk staff sees you, look at you, don't even say hello.Bathroom is tiny

Super slow elevators . Internet didn't work for half of our stay. $10 per day per device for internet is too steep. Decor is modern, but rooms are dark and felt cheap .
