Higher floor suites offer amazing city view . Staffs are friendly , cleanliness are ok. And they even provide bolster !! Parking is free, available at basement . 7-11 is just downstairs .

Love the room. Water pressure was superb! Location was ok. Nx door mall was ridiculous tho ????

Can validate parking ticket at counter to get a flat rate RM4 per entrance or pay 1st hour RM5 with subsequent hour charges

Crap hotel and dumbass staff , But its got a killer powerful shower and Clean . Sufficient if you just want a place to rest/sleep. Nothing more. I stay for free here so can't complain :)

worked here for a year plus at front desk dept in 2009. now went back as a guest. Diff experience. Applause for renovated rooms . wifi . yet pity to see front office having not enuff staff . keepitup.

Lifts are SLOW. Service is pretty good. Breakfast standard, no wow factor but it isn't bad. Getting here is bloody confusing, lots of one way streets you can't go through. That's Penang of course.

U know its rundown by a quick look at the lobby washroom.. Its unkept, a public toilet is better.. So u know what to expect of the rooms?

There is a porridge buffet at the cafe .7pm to 10pm

Just the convinience of of 7/11,Plaza and Gurney drive nearby.nothing so Ho Hah bout the rooms.Not maintained.Everything getting rusty in bathroom.Some rooms A/C leaks and TV dont function properly

The Hotel is just opposite Adventist Penang Hotel . An old hotel . Everything is old. If your need is for medical reasons, you have no choice. I'd not recommend it for holiday stay.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. 4 stars is just a total bull . Breakfast menu is very boring, exactly the same everyday. Reception staff have bad attitude. Rooms need major renovations.
