It was RM215/night/couple room on 08/01/2013 Breakfast for 2 was included. Nice environment, accessible to good food around.

Good value when booked on Expedia. But the fact there are only 2 lifts to service over 30 floors means patience is a must especially during breakfast

I was also reading on the website that they had a kiddie pool with water slides and such; only to learn that it was closed as something was broken in the pool. And it was fitlhy and not well kept!

Coffee Bean is just downstairs, and from there walk into the left corner you'll find some bars , mamak , Starbucks and Subway! Have a good stay.

Had to change rooms 4 times for a week's stay: malfunctioning aircon in all 2 BR suites + clogged drain in shower in first unit.

Good location. Room on the 17th floor was a let down. The room is spacious but the air conditioning caused a ruckus at night with the noises it made. Took time to get hot water.

Next morning breakfast sucked. I was with my 2 month old son and there wasn't an elevator leading up to the cafe . I had to carry the stroller up only for the hotel staff to stare. Poor variety of food

Reasonably priced for the spacious room , although the furnishing is getting a little old. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly but not very efficient

For studio level room, this hotel owns the biggest ever. The room is way too old, dusty, tv and aircons are old-fashioned. Dry toilet in the bathroom is a big minus. Food is not delicious.

Huge bedroom & nice seaview

No water pipe near the toilet bowl. The Kiblah sign should be placed inside the room rather than in the toilet ! No action taken after a complain regarding on the phone.

Terrible terrible hotel . I arrived late at night - my room was somewhat 'given' away to somebody else of the same name. I had to wait half hour before my room was ready.
