The dense chicken broth is an amazing change on the domination of tonkotsu broth. One of the best ramen I had in Japan.
The normal and shio (salt) ramen are both excellent.
お昼 に龍旗信 RIZE なんば店さんで、『塩冷麺 RIZE』をいただきました。きっちりと〆られた麺 にほんのりと甘い生姜 の効いたスープ がよく合います。途中でレモン を絞り入れるとさらにサッパリといただけます。トッピング の泉州産水茄子 とカリッと揚げ られた小エビの天ぷら 、そしてカニ の剥き身も美味しさを盛り上げてくれる一杯でした*\(^o^)/*

Try the Monjayaki - Don't flag this Not Food; it's monjayaki! Essentially fried soup, mixed with cheese, #mochi and seafood. You scrape it up and eat. Looks not so good but it's delicious! (via @Foods - Alexa (@ladylexy) Andrzejewski
中華そば (chūka soba)-their signature bowl. They also have toripaitan which I did not try. The bowl comes in small, regular, and large. I ordered mine with premium meat (肉増し, niku mashi). - Mike Duong
The best, best, best fish broth ramen and tsukemen ever. Intense, piping hot and really deep in flavors, you’ll slurp away like nobody’s business; hoping for more when you’ve reached the base. - Riri Grr
Not a fan of this cinema. A bit crowded and the tray placement for your snack when seated in your chair is a bit too far and is not a comfortable reach when you're leaning back - Tiffy
