Exterior and interior deco are nice. Good overall but lots of things can be improved such as cleanliness is not scoring very high especially the bathroom ; tv should upgraded to lcd already.

A very good hotel for a fair price .. The room is beautiful, not too spacious but good enough for you to feel comfortable .. Will consider to stay here again on my next trip to kb

Price is a bit high for a town like Kota Bahru. The location is strategic enough for banking and food.

The room is very small. Cant hardly move around in it if u bring another person.

First they ran out of fresh milk and creamer for breakfast . Second, they never refilled the shampoo and toilet papers. Third, they jus made the bed but not sweeping the floor for house keeping.

Even when u put the sign "please clean my room" they won't come unless u personally ask the staff at the reception area to send housekeeper to clean your room. That's bad!

The room is small, dirty and old. But the staff are exceptionally friendly . It's too expensive for what it's offering.
