Breakfast was awesome! Delicious Nasi Dagang ! Bread , cereals & salad bar .. Omelette .. Bread & butter pudding .. Everything was delicioussss..!! I called it a Perfect Breakfast ????

If u dun like d room (e.g: smelly carpet), juz ask them to change the room.the housekeeping is good n they will treat u nicely.if u bring along ur family, ask for superior room.comfy!!!

Enjoying the wifi here.. Extremely fast! We took 2 premier connecting room. Very comfy .. 3 Complimentary can drinks & 2 btl of water each room.. I just can't complain..!

Room was nice, big and comfort. Bathroom good.I think, this is the second best hotel in Kelantan. The best thing is the gym all are fully function.

I'm loving the room (clean and cosy, spacious too). White, dimmed light , and gold color linings . Just the way I like it. :)

Nice hotel . Big rooms and hospitality is very good. Friendly staff . But the elevators are slow and the smell at Bresserie cafe is smelly.

Make sure to check the sunset view . Its awesome with reflection on the river

Extra bed kena charge sampai RM100~ better ambik king size bed then share 3 orang ;) ask for extra towel and pillows !

There are abundant nearby small restaurants . There is also a nearby laundry. RM3 per kilo,finish in 1 day.

Rooms are big and clean . Bathrooms are also big and super clean . Only thing is the air is stuffy.

This hotel is having a room promotion of RM 50 if booking is made thru the Internet. Promotion until end of march.

The service is very poor in the coffee house . No one clearing your plates but u can see them chit chatting at one corner. Think twice before staying here again.

The air is stale in the room. Even in a non smoking room. 7 mths ago someone mentioned in four square about the same thing.

Worst hotel for any events . Banquet service is slow. Coordinators can't comply to simple requests. Receptionists service were just as poor. Gave us many 'no's and 'don't know's in a day.

Room need to refurbish, as a in house guest am very dissapointed with the Wifi , no reception at all! Room Rate at RM325 n the service are very poor..not happy at all!
