I won't say very good in their wedding food but overall is acceptable (customer service & hall decoration). Well is Kelantan what can u expect. Lol

Be the Marriot Rewards member for benefits esp foc internet usage. Greeted by concierge + friendly reception. Tho, no wifi detected in the room, was told there was. Pfff.

When you are a marriot member wifi is free plus a broadband for duration of your stay. So sign up for marriot membership. Its free when I got it :)

Housekeeping staff is really friendly and nice

1 king size bed has 6 pillows . Big room with modern tv . Room service for in room dining serves very quick.

Shuttle to town at 1030am and 430pm. The ridiculous part is they need minimum 2 person before they'll proceed.

Try the beef burger , it's really good!

This hotel provide good facilities, but the staffs especially at the reception counter is too rude and give bad services to customer. As a 5 star hotel , this should not happened. Annoying indeed.

This hotel doesnt deserve to get a 5 star. Old facilities, broken toilet , broken electric plug, broken shower heater. We change 3 room in one night.
