Friendly staff , great beds, ok bar and nice food.
Carpark is an absolute shambles, need to sort out there stupid car park machine, I recommend you don't park here if you don't want your coins rejected by the machine and have to wait in the checkin q!
The food can be variable, but the afternoon tea with sandwiches , scones and cakes is excellent
Handy location to get stuck into the Cardiff night life!
Great location for the city centre and the Millennium Stadium . It is getting dated though and could do with an update.
Its old but nice and clean
There is free wifi & nice gym !
Wifi is painfully slow and not every room gets good reception. Please fix this if you want to be taken seriously as a business hotel .
Old, tired, and loud . The worst car park in world. The only thing saving this place is the lovely service.
There is no free WIFI in there. But the manger is RELY nice and frendly!
Wifi is terrible.
Loud club outside. Woman throwing up on terrace . Watery diet cokes & awful wine in Chats bar . Unimpressed.
I think I left a bit of a mess on my sheets :/
Needs more food variety like pancakes, more selections of cheese platters and vegetarian options , need more concentrations on buffet to be filled directly without asking and waiting - R B.G.
Actually very comfortable modern room, either I was tired or the bed was great! Think it was the latter! 5/5 - Martin Lynch
A great hotel. The staff are lovely, the rooms are all first class, and if you get an executive room the lounge is fabulous. I would not stay anywhere else in Cardiff - Ian
Highly recommend TGI Fridays. Cocktails are killer and always friendly staff - Joseph Shambrook
Had a wonderful day at the RHS Flower Show. Amazing setting, beautiful weather, wonderful show. A great day out and highly recommended. The Castle itself is truly incredible - so much to see. You - Vanessa Warwick
