A great hotel . The staff are lovely, the rooms are all first class , and if you get an executive room the lounge is fabulous. I would not stay anywhere else in Cardiff

Room hadn’t been cleaned well . Not sure if this is because it was an international weekend, but was still disappointing to find, when you arrive late at night.

Using only the Health Centre, although a cosy, small, well equipped pool & spa areas . Gym & male changing areas let this down. Pokey, intrusive, poor gym equipment!
