Super hotel , friendly staff , good breakfast . Parking can be an issue though. Try to get a room on towards the top for a great view of the city .

Really enjoying our stay here. Room is comfortable , food at Filini 's is delicious. The only downside is the air conditioning is too high in the lobby. #baltic
I am staying here for three days. Very good hotel room and bathroom . Still it is not as good as that in Manchester City .

It's a really nice hotel , clean , with amazing rooms. Unfortunately, when you have rooms in 20 floors, you really cannot have just two lifts!

Don't bother trying to park here if you arrive later in the evening as the car park is small and gets full quickly. The car park over the road in John Lewis is safe and there's plenty of space.

Not helpful when my wallet went missing during check-in, so checked out within an hour of arrival.
