It's at the center of Bansko and breakfast was adequate. Rooms were warm. But we had problems with leaking water in shower . Moreover the wifi wasn't good in the rooms.

What is good - close to gondola, wifi in rooms. Not good - the food, the personal, dirty rooms, dirty towels , don't have a lobby bar . The dinner is until 8 p.m... not a good option!!!

Great hotel

Everything is dirty ! Bads, sheets, towels , appliances , windows, curtains. The furniture is falling apart . The food is grose, etc. Bad choice, bad ideea.
