Service is at a 5 international standard. I do feel though being a repeat customer over many years that it isn't as great as it used to be. Nevertheless after trying many others in Bansko it's best

The hotel is lovely, very warm design, beautiful spa , superb breakfast . Ten out of ten. The location is perfect !!!

Usually the service here is great, but today there was a quite arrogant and unfriendly lady at the spa reception...otherwise great spa and great facilities.rent a mountain bike .it is fun as well .

Amazingly clean , well looked after spa ! Gym is small but open 24/7 which is massive plus.

Staff is very arrogant, the whole place treats you like shit and the first hotel i have seen that has a fee for entering. Not EVEN Marina Bay Sands has this bullshit.

Odaları, spa merkezi muhteşem. Hizmet kusursuz. Kayak merkezine ulaşımı sağlayan gondola direkt bağlantısı var. Kısaca gördüğüm en iyi kayak otellerinden biri.

Kayak meraklilari icin Bansko daki en düzgün otel . Heryere yakin ve buradaki diger mekanlara gore en iyisi ;)

Çocuklu olarak gidebileceğiniz harika bir otel . itinayla tavsiye ediyorum.
