This is a must place to visit for a few days on a trip to Puerto Rico for those who appreciate culture and history. The city is full of wonderful old architecture and amazing views .

Old San Juan is paved in blue cobblestone dating back nearly 500 years. Some wander its streets without a map or direction; to discover its history, art galleries , and beautiful views on their own.
I love walking the old streets, looking at the colorful buildings, and the soft light in the summer evenings. Music may come around any corner so walk, explore and enjoy.
It is a beautiful place to visit. I would stop at the two forts for some history/scenic views . There are any restaurants and the nightlife is amazing. I also loved colorful houses!
Breathtaking. I know now why Javier Solis was in love with this place. I always dream my self in the beautiful streets and fortresses. Sundays with people dressed in old fashion, super fun.

Parking is tough, but enjoy the city as you drive around looking for one. Old buildings that are colorfully, but they have newer interiors. Cobble stone streets. Worth the trip, but come early.

They will tell you to take the bus for $0.75 cents, from San Juan/Condado, and back. Or pay $15 for a cab. But is it worth the almost 1 hr wait when your on vacation? Debatable...
