Make sure your order is cooked by the auntie with the red chef 's hat for an authentic charcoal taste in your char kuey teow . Ours was cooked by a second auntie using gas. Cheated!
Price increased. Big plate @ Rm11 w/ 4 prawns & medium @ Rm9 w/ 2 prawns . Have to let the rude auntie know of your table no. before ordering. Nice ckt with juicy & fresh prawns .
Most expensive drinks sold at a kopitiam! Or Peng (iced black coffee ) for $1.50. No wonder owner drives a Mercerdes! Even the koay teow is meant for those who think their money is valueless! Niama...
Great place to meet new friends as tables to be shared with others
The best char koay teow i ever had in Penang!
Must must try! One of the most famous char kwey teow!
just because of it's 3 big prawn , the plate of small kuey teow cost RM9 ! wth ! Go back PJ / KL , you could eat nicer ones ????
a plate of the koay teow is about rm10. quite expensive but the prawn is worth for it
Prawn is big and I actually like the char koay teow despite the price is consider expensive .
Crazy need to wait for 1 hour. We went next hawker center and waited for 30 minutes. Business is too good. But will come again next time to try.
What's so special bout this Fried Koay Teow ? Prawns are big but remember.. u paid for it! Seller also very lansi ... Niama!
The fried oyster is so damn good
Went during tea time, waited less than 30mins. Huge prawn , pretty fresh but set u back at RM10 per plate
Considered one of Penang's most famous CKT! Way better than Sisters etc... But always packed like sardines. Be prepared to wait...
The oyster omelette is yummy with big oyster and well fried egg , the char kuay teow is rather disappointing n doesn't worth the price at all
Auntie is consistent. Rm12 for ckt with huge prawns . Take my money!
This CKT is too damn good la despite how expensive it is. The prawns are big and juicy though.
Damn expensive , all prawns but without cockles ...different taste from traditional char koay teow ...
Rm 10 each plate... With 3 big shrimps
Few variety available here: char kuai tiew with 3 big prawns cost RM8.50, kuaytiew soap cost RM5, fried oyster small cost RM10, ABC & Cendol cost RM5. Food portion is relatively small and over priced.
Taste good. Fresh prawns . A lil bit overpriced.
Best CKT in Penang. Long wait tho but definitely worth it. :))
Still love to visit them even know they r lc????
Big prawns Char Kueh Teow . Worth the 45min wait on weekday. Longer on weekends. Order other food to satisfy hunger pangs first.
Prawns are Hugee!!! the best char kuey teow , kl cant fight :D
Fried Kuey Teow and fried oyster
Abit pricy but longkang uncle should be nicer
Indifference service. Kuey Teow was tasty, but tbf, the stall next door was better.
The peanut butter ice cream on my ais kacang is less than half a scoop, ugh, kiamsiap.
Business hour : 10.30am - 6.30pm ; Close on Tuesday
Supposedly the best char kuey teow in Penang...
Ate this and Siam rd one, much much preferred the Siam rd one. Can have almost twice the serving (price considered) and with no horse run taste.
Taste is alright, but prawns wise the uncle's stall is still the best!!
Overrated for rm9 per plate of char kuey teow , prefer ah leng char kuey teow where the prawns are bigger and more fresh ????
If it's too packed, it's ok to ask if you can share a table.
Best kuay teow when ordered with extra big prawns and crispy juicy pork lard .
Friend kuey teow is nt as good as u hope. Skip it and go else where
Only for tourist as Penangites have other much better choices. The stall was once smashed as the lady was very arrogant. Since then they know how to behave but still Penangites cannot tahan...
Super expensive RM9 per plate..
char kuey teow !!
Very very expensive as compared to the rest of the char Kway Teow stores. Average taste.
Honestly, it was just OKAY. RM12 for this? No next time.

if you've decided to eat, just wait though they said waiting time is one hour. the fact was i only waited 20 mins. not sure if I'm lucky or they just simply buffer their delivery time
Try the fried oyster omelette
U will Kena GAO GAO if you didn't tell them your table number when you or.. =_=ll
Come early on a weekday, wait is only 10 minutes.
Fried chicken skin is e bomb!! No.54 asam laksa is the best & always since then. - Lane Watson
