We enjoyed the fact that they cook/heat up your pintxos (many still fresh & uncooked) in front of you when we order any item
You need to get the prawn skewers here, that's what they're most known for and is by far the most delicious thing we tried. Sangria was also great. I wouldn't stay for anything else on your crawl.
Chipirones a la plancha (grilled squid ) and brochetas de gambas (prawn/shrimp skewers ) are the things to get here. Yum!
The usual Pintxos fare is served but order the grilled prawns on skewers and the grilled squid for something hot and freshly prepared.
The place to go to eat some amazing "brochetas de gambas " and some "chipirones a la plancha ". The waiters were very friendly :)

En la calle Fermín Calbetón. Imprescindible probar la brocheta de gambas . Aunque se ha jubilado hace poco Julia, dueña y alma máter del bar , y ha bajado algo el nivel, no dejen de hacer una visita.
Ubicado en la parte vieja de Donostia este pequeño bar te sorprendera y mucho con su increíble brocheta de gambas o la tapa marijulis las dos increibles hay que probarlas si estas en San Sebastian.

Desde su cambio de propietarios ya no es lo mismo.. Pero sin duda alguna no deja de ser uno de los bares más típicos de la parte vieja donostiarra por sus brochetas y su pincho estrella el "Marijuli ".
Sitio indispensable en la ruta de pintxos , la brocheta de gambas indispensable igual que los txipirones plancha, probablemente de lo mejor de la parte vieja
