£2.65 for a black filter coffee , same price for an Americano ??? and a 10 minute wait for a cappuccino - maybe they should just stick to the ice cream

Fantastic food and great service the pancakes are to die for
a decent coffee and now cakes . No overheated burnt caramelised milk like too many places serve.

Really surprised by earlier reviews. The Gib is one of the best Carvery pubs around, and with the location overlooking the king edwards bay you can't beat it. The staff has always been friendly too! - Mandy Naumann
