Yoooo.... the porc meat at this place ???????? best one i've ever had in a while! The place is small though, so if you're a group of people(we were 5) you'd have to wait for some minutes but it's worth it

Try the dipping ramen with the citron noodles for a really unusual dish. The soup is rich and balances perfectly with the citrus of the noodles .

Smokey hand torched juicy pork belly with fresh handmade noodles . Excellent broth too! It might be the best noodle meal I've had.

Tsukemen and ramen are both very nice. Worth to revisit again.

6-seat ramen bar , order using a machine. Citron noodles were good with subtle notes of lemon zest . The broth was thick and very dashi-forward.

Very limited seats so you may have to wait, but the barbecued pork is well worth it!

God tier ramen

卓上に胡椒などと並んでガラムマサラが。カレー つけ麺 用らしい。

チャーシュー つけ麺 をオーダーしてみた。麺 は定番とゆず 麺 が選べます。なかなか美味しかったですな。

全粒粉 の麺 と魚介 豚 骨スープ が絶妙で美味しいです。つけ麺 のスープ が最後に残っていたら、だし を入れてもらって二度美味しい

しばらく行かぬ間に，具と汁の入れ物が，姉妹店の「すがり」と同じようになってた。おいしさはかわらず。

祝日の11時過ぎに訪問。この時点では7人ほど並んでいました。

「和え麺 」という隠しメニュー（といっても食券販売機に書いて有りますが）は、食券買う前に店員さんにお願いすると作ってくれます。

カウンター9席のみ。魚粉 のくせが強いとろみのあるスープ と、蕎麦 に似た全粒粉 の麺 。

和え麺 は麺 をたべたあとに丼 を渡して、ご飯 とスープ を頂きます

何か違う、何か足りない、しかし何が違うのかがよくわからない、という味w

店構えがわかりにくいので困るかも w

席数が少ないので開店直後か閉店間際に行くと安心。

味玉つけ麺 1.5！チャーシュー もおいしかったああ！

麺 は全粒粉 と生姜 麺 から選べます。

そば 風の麺 で不思議な味ですが、なれるとクセになる美味しさです。
