Excellent shakerado and Miyazaki Mango tart was an incredible experience and totally worth the 1,400 yen price tag. Amazing ambiance, but way too warm for me in the summer.
The sandwiches and dinner menu are so good. The coffee , so-so. Tried some of the smoothies , and all were great! Bit expensive , but I stay here for hours working so I cannot complain :)) Love it here
beautiful atmosphere of plants and books . the roasted nuts shake is one of the best things i’ve ever tasted. free wifi password is 7kktxvfs5hvsi
A relaxing coffee shop to hang at while taking a break in Kyoto. The attached bakery had insanely delicious pastries laid out attractively on a farm table. Buy many & take them with you to be seated.
Gorgeous interior filled with dark wood and greenery vibes. There's a very diverse range of menu items. Fig fruit tart is super tasty. Great spot to just hangout and hide from the rain ;)
Great coffee , super chill atmosphere. I also got a BLAT (Bacon , Lettuce, Avocado , Tomato ) sandwich that really hit the spot after weeks of Japanese food .
Beautiful place, cozy atmosphere . Good drinks. However, the service was terrible - snobbish and even rude. That’s the only place we’ve had such experience during few weeks of traveling in the country .
It's all about the bakery ! Everything is good, but the roll with chocolate is literally half filled with delicious, gooey chocolate !
Spacious place, beautiful interior that makes you feel comfortable as if your at home. I went for dinner and it was great. Highly recommend.
Gaijin—you have to wait to be seated when it's busy—even if the seating system doesn't make sense. Coffee is avg—typical if Japan. Great decor! McIntosh 275 amp & B&W 803 speakers—amazing.
Go next door and get the chocolate croissant and have them cut it up and bring it to you to have with your coffee , perfect combo
A cozy coffee shop to hang out in. Grab some pastries at their little shop next door, or order from the menu - they have light lunches , desserts , and excellent coffee .
Excellent place to relax after a long day visiting Kyoto. Free wifi . Nice and cosy with a vintage flavor. Extensive list of drinks and nice easy food
Great coffee , delicious food and cakes . It's so comfortable and chilled you could stay for hours.
While the coffee & baked goods were good, the service was so-so. We came at a busy time and got put in a separate upstairs area above the bakery . Not the aesthetic we came for. Never offered to move.
Awesome mid-century modern designed cafe with free magazines and books to read. Try the avocado banana smoothie and catch up with free WiFi .
The winter special - baked apple is delicious. U can choose it together with ice cream or cheese sauce . Ice cream is better!!
Egg onion made me cry , don’t miss it . They open late at 11:30 and prices are very reasonable
Great decor, fantastic coffee , wonderful atmosphere. A must if you need a break from Kyoto’s sights and crowds.
I had the tomato and spinach pasta with a pumpkin soup starter and it was lovely! The Caprese salad was also very yummy.
Nice lunch selection, if you've had too much Ramen/Okonomiyaki. Salads , sandwiches , pasta , generally light lunch fare. Banana Lassi !
Great ambience. Soothing vocal/jazzy music . Delicious smoothies . GREAT wifi (105mb/8mb). Good for working . Expensive.
It's a nice place to rest before a full day of walking. Great atmosphere and amazing soundtrack. Ask for the sandwiches .
The spot to go to, when in the mood for good food and drinks. Easy music on the background.
Great atmosphere. Came here on a friends recommendation and I was not disappointed.
Excellent lattes and the place is great to sit down and work for a while. Free Wifi , too.
Very comfy spot, free wifi , excellent lattes (and wine !)
Lovely cafe in a not so tourist-friendly neighborhood . Amazing design.
Great breakfast , plus the wifi speeds are high, making this place a go-to for coffeeshop work-life.
Beautiful cafe with a wall of books . Insta-bae desserts .
Tasty pastries and coffee in a cool environment. Great place to take a break from sightseeing.
Best bakery in kyoto 👍🏻 very quiet nice coffee and delicious chicken curry 👍🏻
Fabulous bakery attached. Great cakes and tarts .
Loved the atmosphere. Had a latte with a brownie . Very good.
For a long time i was finding cafe like this place in Kyoto! Wide and nice interior, various menu!
Great variety of food, desert & drinks, and a great atmosphere. Warm & cozy .
I always get excited looking at the menu but leave non-plussed. Quite expensive too. But it is nice vibes, so maybe for a date…
great spot; cool interior aesthetics; good tunes and excellent food
Really lovely place and the best cakes ever!
Music is a bit retro , really relaxing. Food is unique and there is a wide selection too.
English speaking and friendly staff . Good lunch and smoothies . Free wifi !
Expensive but baked apple was delicious & carefully presented. Enjoyed the international cafe atmosphere but prices were high.
Great atmo coffee sweets and food, must visit
Spaghetti with beef flank sauce
Great coffee and beautiful place!
A bit expensive , but a very good spot and relaxed spot to work.
Great atmosphere, peaceful , cosy and good food
The Wagyu beef sandwich is 💙

Amazing atmosphere.
Love the space, they're open late, the food, drinks, and the staff are great! - Gene Parcellano
Best place to buy tea, especially Gyokuro. There is a tea room round the side. Worth it to try the tea and sweets there. - Grace Alexandra
Everything is incredible! I highly recommend the croquette madam. - Joel Goldman
Gardens around the castle are very nice, good place to walk and relax. If you have the Kyoto subway day pass, you can get a small discount on the entry fee. - Fernando Lemos
