Awesome staff !! forgot my charger, the desk clerk told me he would bring in his charger for me if the gift shop didn't have one. How sweet :). Gift shop has it all. Comfortable bed . Staff is wonderful

The staff here is amazing. Very attentive and willing to accommodate nearly any request. Rooms are clean and comfortable . Lobby is modern and spacious .

Status gets you concierge access and a nice free breakfast and escape from the crowd. Hotel bar has a great crowd to meet - had fun - and hotel staff is excellent.

The concierge lounge is newly remodeled & very nice. Love the rooms & the food was good as well .

This is a nice hotel . We did the stay and fly deal and left our car there while we traveled, it's cheaper than the airport

This place always is Clean , nice staff and good food. Even if it just a short layover they are the best spot.

I wasn't a guest here... visited some1 whom stay overnight w/her club members *Masons* they meet *once a year* ~ Anyway! It seemed ok I only got as far as the restaurant/lounge/bar area...

Beware the SERVICE CHARGE! I ordered from the bar , to go, quickly wrote in a dollar tip, then took a seat to wait for my order. Looked at my reciept and saw a $2 service fee had been added! Ripoff!

Club sandwich is good. The place has a nice crowd for a hotel bar . Sweet potato fries for a side dish is a cool Southern touch.

Beds are nice and soft and the breakfast is excellent!

Nachos are a great deal and taste awesome at the southside grill, but don't open until 2 usually. Late for lunch .

Third night in a row dealing with noisy people. This hotel is full of children with no supervision. Dealt with them in the fitness center , elevator , lobby and hallways. Will never stay here again.

Rooms need an update. A full size blow dryer would be nice.

Atleast they should have Gave Free Wifi :) for 240$ room a night.
