I called for room service and the lady was very polite very helpful gave me great options on if I wanted to dine in or dine out.I love this hotel and the people definitely will come back!!! ????????????

Nice hotel . No lounge as with most Westin's. Close to ATL Airport . Pretty good menu at the bar . Beds are pretty comfy . Overall a good stay.

Nice hotel , rooms are great and comfortable . Pretty good customer service and several things to enjoy throughout the hotel . Downside? $12.95 for good WiFi and $12.00 per day for parking .

Gym equipments are old as well as the whole hotel facility. But a day stay is allowed here 9am-6pm.

Sat at the bar , got the B.L.T. it was huge and delicious! B=bushels of bacon L=arugula T=fried green tomatoes !

Play Girlfriend or Call-Girl at the bar . Watch johns make out with call girls going up the glass elevators .

The staff here is incredible! Room is cozy . And again what a great staff . Never been treat with so much kindness:) missed my flight I needed happy faces lol

Nice hotel . Definitely 4 star, welcoming, great staff & even has recycling bins in every room! Only cons are no free wifi & way overpriced bar/restaurant. Will stay here again when flying out of ATL.

The Westin is a business hotel not a luxury collection and us overflow parking for the airport . Don't know why everyone is complaining when downtown it's over $30 bucks. People just need to research

They offer free airline check-in for hotel guests. Very cool. They gave me my boarding pass and took care of my luggage.

True about paying for parking - stupid. The guy at the desk waved the fee for me and upgraded my room for free so good response to customer concern, i'd say

When you arrive, if you'd like to self-park, don't follow the signs to the self park lot. Unload at curbside drop-off, then follow the signs to self-park. Otherwise its a lot of stairs to climb!

$7.99 for a Spinach Salad ...but add chicken or salmon and it goes up to $17.99!!!

Don't be fooled by the 'Lobby Entrance' from self park . It's a hassle. Down some steps then up more stairs to get to the front desk.

Typical, mediocre Westin. The treadmill setup in the fitness center wins extra points for awfulness - if you’re above 6’, you risk hitting your head on this inset ceiling they have.

Good beds... a restful sleep.

The staff is not cooperating. There was a maintenance starts at the dawn, and I couldn't sleep. Bottom line , the place is great but the staff attitude and noises made it the worst stay ever..

They gave us a room that wasn't clean . We had to go down to the lobby to get another one. Very expensive parking 20 usd per day even if you're paying for a room.

Charging hotel guest $18 for overnight parking is crazy, the nickel & dime show should've ended a long time ago.

This place is overpriced. The customer service was rude. Parking $16.00 a day and you walk up flights of steps to get to door.

Very nice hotel , but expect to pay a high price for everything. Little coffee shop/faux Starbucks behind the elevator is pretty good, but again it's expensive .
