Great hotel and staff is very friendly . I ordered room svc & was a little disappointed - skip the shrimp bruschetta , the salmon was good, but the sautéed asparagus was fried almost beyond recognition
As of June 9,2012 their shuttle will not do pickup at the new international terminal concourse F! You will need to take a shuttle to the domestic terminal before catching the hotel shuttle!

The menu has changed and they feature a lot of great items. I recommend the shrimp fondue and a good steak. I personally like the peppercorn steak bit this location doesn't serve that anymore. - Des Myers
