Very weird opening and closing times.. The scehdule says 8am-4pm but they closed at 1pm
They are cash only ($3). Didn’t have any cash, so maybe next time :( And it seems like they have break from 12 till 13.

Try the walk outside the city wall from boat docks west to the Plaza and then up alongside the city walls. You arrive at the city gate, enjoy sitting under an amazing old tree and watch the waves. - John A
