For afternoon tea , we arrived at 4:30 & even though it ends at 5, we were told we had to order off the menu because there was only 30 min left. Nowhere does it say cut off time is 4:30. Disappointing.

Great service and friendly staff. The design is a little different. 5 towers and is kind of far from Libby to room. Thank God they have wheel chair provided for disable or injured guest. - Eddie Wen
Must see if you are in Hangzhou, the Buddha's carved in stone look amazing. For the temple inside you have to pay extra but it's wroth it. - Jernej
