Great service and friendly staff . The design is a little different. 5 towers and is kind of far from Libby to room. Thank God they have wheel chair provided for disable or injured guest.
Don't order the Chinese afternoon tea . It's not worth the 198 RMB. It's 1 star food masquerading in 5 star presentation. And even that's too kind. I feel sick.
Cigarette smell also in non-smoking rooms. Small beds.

Just take the room it's great and ignore the bad service.
