Nice hotel and wonderful service. The gym opens 24h, but a little cold. Rooms are big, and the bath room is designed conceptually. But I do hate that the tub is at the very centre of the room layout.
cozy rooms ! Great value for money . I like it better than courtyard Marriot and Hyatt regency.
A good hotel in general ... But a bit too big and not close to the city centre - a good choice if u want a quiet and different Hangzhou
The rooms at are amazing! But the western restaurant buffe and menu is not very good.. The selection is poor , not very impressed with the quality of the food. and the service needs improving.

Try the West Lake beer at the bar . It's local!
