Awesome location, literally directly opposite then international arrivals hall. They did manage to not have our room ready as booked and double charged us, problems sorted quickly and without fuss :)

Great place to stay at before an early morning flight.. The international terminal is directly across from the lobby

Great spot to stay if your leaving early next day. Wake up, go check in and come back to your room for an hour or two

Offering daystay specials which can be a lifesaver when your plane arrives at 4am like mine did.

Hotel restaurant is a temporary pop-up on 2nd floor until early March!

In addition to the other positive tips one feature not mentioned is the well equipped gym on the 3rd floor.

Late checkout for $50NZD only till 4pm on weekdays and 5pm for Sundays! Different from website! Beware!

Wifi so expensive cheaper to get a phone SIM card from the terminal and use your phone as a hot spot for 25 NZ dollars

Quite far away from domestic terminals, at least 10 minutes outdoor walk... Quite hard with big luggage

Beware of the 1.5% credit card surcharge & hotel claims that it is standard practice in this region!

Hotel is only a few metres away from the international terminal - great after a long flight

It takes just a minute to the airport terminal . Wi-fi is very slow.
