When you make a complaint it's rare to see action. But when there was a problem these guys acknowledged it and personally addressed the issue. Ownership and accountability enables great service.
Dated hotel . While the rooms are large, I’m struggling to determine how they are worth more than $300 NZ dollar a night. Location is good. Staff is friendly .

Rms nice n clean . Reasonably big. Beds comfy but mattress protector is too soft. Hurts the bck if yr not use to soft beds . Staff friendly but not approachable. 5mins walk to walking street.
Awesome restaurant staff . Hotel "forgot" to deliver the wine to my room that was part of my package though! Nice & clean .

Facilities seem quite rundown for a newly refurbished hotel . Still renovating the entrance but didn't inform guests. And Internet charges here are too expensive .
