Atmosphere is relaxed , hookah comes with appetizers which are quite tasty. Generally the place is cool most people are easy going I mean not ninja dressed

Food not as quality as before.. outdoor seating on pool area is cool for shisha and music

The lunch buffet is great, small but delicious! Other than that is so bad! Rooms' furniture is old, room service is horrible, breakfast buffet was bad.

Nice place

Went there for dinner at the outside restaurant then changed my mind once I saw some crawling animals and insects underneath the tables!

Excellent Shisha and quiet ambience and seating with great space. Open Buffet is delicious.

Nothing spacial about this hotel I don't know why it's rated five stars the hole hotel smells cigar the beds are full with smoke and cigars are every where.

Quesadilla was good but service extremely slow. Only us and one other family in La Fiesta restaurant

Don't ever go there! No WiFi , terrible mobile coverage and it feels more like a very old mall from the inside rather than a nice hotel

Check-In was terrible, they changed my reservation , i booked a sweet and they changed it to a regular room. AC was hot. Check-out was terrible too. I will never go back again.

I like the aquarium ..it has soo much beautiful fishes ..though the music in the restaurant is so bad

Don't expect the rooms to have "views " it's a business hotel , but the food is good.

المطعم الخارجي ع المسمبح الخارجي افضل شي شرح و بالذات برمضان، اشتراك المسبح الداخلي -قسم الجم -عندهم يعتبر من افضل الموجود بالشرقية للنساء و الحمام المغربي حلو افضل من المانع بمراحل وعندهم دايت سنتر

المدخل الرمضاني جميل .. تركيزهم ع تفاصيل دقيقه معطي المكان اجواء رمضانيه جميلة ❤️????

الجلسة جميلة لان اللوبي تقريباً فاضي و هذا يمكن يناسب الناس اللي يحبون يروحون مكان فاضي يتقهوون فيه
